Every charge named, so nobody guesses.

A tenant sees the total payable and what it is made of: rent, water, garbage, wifi, service charge, anything else you bill, plus what was carried over. No mystery amounts, and no arguing over a figure that arrived without explanation.

Charges you set once — rent, garbage, wifi, service charge and any other fixed amount — are carried forward each month.
Water changes with the bill, so it is entered per month and checked before sending.
Arrears are shown as their own line, so a part-payment is understood at a glance.

How you pay

M-Pesa

Pay the monthly bill through M-Pesa and confirm it in your account; your subscription is then activated.

No setup fee, no charge for tenants who have left, and your records stay in your account.
